We are a Learning & Training Center enabled by the ANAC to carry out ICAO exams for aeronautical personnel, as well as their training and training, guaranteeing the highest standards of educational quality.
Since 1998, the ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) began to take note of the numerous aeronautical events (accidents and incidents) in which safety was directly or indirectly affected (among other factors) by communication errors. Subsequently, it adopted a series of measures, compiled together with others under the name SARPs (Standard and Recommended Practices), which were aimed at strengthening the linguistic competence requirements for pilots and air traffic controllers in operations.
In 2004, the ICAO published its Document 9835/Annex 453. In it, it clearly establishes that the correct use of standard phraseology is of undeniable importance and that, in cases where this is not possible, the use of standard phraseology should be resorted to. of the English language, expressed in simple language, for which both pilots and controllers should demonstrate a level of language proficiency.
